PAY IN PERSON
You may bring payments to the Treasurer's Office located at 1415 Melody Lane Building E in Bisbee. Office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays.
After-hour payments can be placed in the drop box located at the front of the building. Payments placed in the drop box after hours will be posted the next business day.
Credit and Debit card payments are also accepted in-person during office hours.

Online Payments Available 7AM to 7PM Mountain Standard Time
To pay online, you will need the security code, located on the back of the tax notice. The Treasurer's Office processes payments via Official Payments Corporation ("OPC"). For credit and debit cards, OPC charges 2.75% (TWO POINT SEVEN-FIVE PERCENT) on top of your tax payment as a service fee unless the fee is less than one U.S. Dollar in which case the fee is $1.00.
The Cochise County Treasurer's Office does not receive any portion of the convenience fee. For online payments, the Cochise County Treasurer is not permitted to charge additional fees. In addition, the Treasurer is not allowed to deduct banking fees from the property tax (levy) collected, which would result in apportioning a lesser amount to the taxing jurisdictions. Unlike private-sector merchants, the Treasurer's Office cannot absorb processing fees into the cost of doing business.
The online payment option is optimized for Internet Explorer. During peak hours of operation, it may run slowly due to a high volume of traffic. Please be patient when making your payment. PAY USING AN E-CHECK
To pay using E-Check, you will need the security code, located on the back of the tax notice. Official Payments Corporation will charge a flat fee in the amount of $3.00 for this service. When paying with an E-Check, you will be asked for your routing number and your account number. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE ACCURATE WHEN ENTERING DIGITS DURING THIS TRANSACTION. IF AN INCORRECT ROUTING NUMBER OR ACCOUNT NUMBER ARE USED, YOUR PAYMENT WILL BOUNCE WITHIN FOUR DAYS. THE TREASURER'S OFFICE WILL CHARGE A $25 SERVICE FEE FOR RETURNED CHECKS. PAY USING AUTOMATED PHONE SERVICE
To pay using your phone, you will need the security code, located on the back of the tax notice. The same fees apply as explained in the Credit/Debit Card and E-Check sections, above.

MAIL YOUR PAYMENT
Mailed payments must be postmarked on or before the delinquent date. It is recommended that payments made near the delinquent date are walked into the post office. You may send payments made with a check or money order using the envelope and coupon provided with the tax notice.
