The Tobacco Prevention Program provides resources to those who want to quit tobacco, delivers prevention presentations to community and health related organizations and/or schools, and coordinates youth led coalitions to empower students to make tobacco free changes in their communities.
The Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program provides curriculum delivery to junior high and high school students. The curriculum objectives are to educate teens on living a successful healthy lifestyle.

The Chronic Diseases Prevention Education program currently has two primary areas of focus, heart health and brain health. Each of these programs is based on evidence based best practices, and the presentations are aimed at fostering well-being.
The Health Start Program promotes healthy pregnancies and births. We bring home visitation services to county residents in the comfort of their own homes, through virtual visits, or at a public community location.
