2. You must pay the $30 class fee before registering. FCC will send you a link that will take you to the class for you to view online. You will also receive a copy of the Video Quiz and Course Evaluation. Once you finish watching the program please complete both items and return to: CochiseFCC@courts.az.gov. Once we have received both the quiz and the survey we will mail you a hard copy of your Certificate of Attendance and file the original with the Clerk of the Court.
