The Cochise County Clerk of the Superior Court can now accept civil case pleadings in an electronic format, known as e-Filing.

Initial and subsequent civil case documents can be filed electronically for Superior Court by visiting  https://efile.azcourts.gov/ or http://info.turbocourt.com/azturbocourt/

These applications are managed by the Arizona Supreme Court’s Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). Both e-Filing services offer the ability to attach more than one lead document per submission, issue summons and subpoenas, generate the civil cover sheet, as well as other functionality which will allow for faster filing of court documents.

Clerk of the Superior Court, Mary Ellen Dunlap, said, “We are excited to be able to bring the e-Filing function to Cochise County and to improve access to court services using technology that better serves the general public.”
