Requesting Copies of Court Documents

Documents Available:

Criminal records, Marriage Licenses, Divorce cases, Civil cases, Probate and Guardianship from February 1881 to present day. What’s available in certain older records may be limited. We also have certain naturalization records.

We do not have Justice of the Peace records. You should contact the appropriate JP court for those records.

We do not keep transcripts, that is word-for-word records of court hearings or other proceedings. You should contact the appropriate court reporter for those records.
