Once forms are completed and printed out you must file your documents with the Cochise County Clerk of the Superior Court at 100 Quality Hill Road Bisbee, AZ 85603, certain forms may be filed at 100 Colonia De Salud Ste 200 Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. Please remember that the Clerk of the Court has a fee schedule for filing legal forms. All fees are subject to change so you may need to contact the Clerk’s Office at (520)432-8600 or (520) 803-3060 to verify filing fees.
