Housing Authority

The Housing Authority of Cochise County (HACC) was established by the Cochise County Board of Supervisors and is governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed from the local community. HACC’s mission is to expand affordable housing options, promote home ownership and improve the quality of housing in Cochise County.

PHA Policy

The PHA's mission is to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing conditions for very low-income families and to manage resources efficiently.  The PHA is to promote personal, economic and social upward mobility to provide families the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.

  • Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS)

We have a representative at 4001 East Foothills Drive in Sierra Vista the 2nd Thursday of each month from 9 AM to 1 PM.

NOTICE: THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LIST WILL BE OPEN FROM JULY 11, 2016-JULY 25, 2016.

Your current status on the waiting list may be viewed on the attachment below. You will need your tenant ID number.

THE WAITING LIST IS ONLY UPDATED AFTER A CHANGE.
